FEATURES
Your smartest hire doesn’t need a treatment room
The Clinic Advisor sits across your calendar, till and client records, and answers the way a sharp practice manager would: in plain English, with the numbers to back it up, and a suggestion for what to do next.
● CLINIC ADVISOR
Am I at capacity this week?
You’re at 71% utilisation this week across four practitioners, which is inside the healthy 70 to 85% band. The open pockets are Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning: about nine free hours, most of them with Priya. Laser is your most-booked treatment this month, so a short Thursday laser push to lapsed clients would be the natural fill. Want me to list the practitioners with the most free hours?
Ask anything, in your words
Which treatments sold most this month? Who are my highest-value clients? How busy is Thursday? Are cancellations up? No query builder, no filters: questions in, answers out, drawn from your clinic’s real data and nothing else. Six starter questions sit in the panel for the days you don’t know what to ask: a business health check, this month’s revenue, capacity this week, VIP clients to follow up, treatments to promote, staffing concerns.
Insights before you ask
The dashboard flags what needs attention without a question: capacity going spare this week, a cancellation rate over 15%, utilisation drifting under 60% or over 85%, revenue behind the same month last year. Today’s Priority adds one ranked recommendation each morning, recomputed daily from rebooking, new-client conversion, capacity and cancellations, with the figure that triggered it.
From answer to action
The Advisor advises; you act. Answers close with a suggested next step, whether that is a rebooking push to a lapsed group, a roster tweak for a quiet Thursday, or a treatment worth promoting this month. The send button, the roster and the diary stay with you, by design.
Private by design
Serene’s client records and database are hosted in Sydney. The Advisor reads your data through the same clinic-scoped API the app uses, and it cannot write to your records, change a booking or send a message. What it can see depends on who is asking: front-desk and treatment roles get operational answers, while revenue and client-value questions are reserved for managers. Conversations are processed by our AI provider under commercial terms that exclude training on your data. See the Security page for hosting and access control.
